Right of withdrawal

RgCases S.r.l. is particularly attentive to the needs and expectations of its customers.

We hope that you are always satisfied with the purchases made on RgCases.it.

If you have second thoughts about your purchase, you can still decide to return the product to us, without giving any reasons, within 14 calendar days from its delivery (or from the delivery of the last product, lot or piece in the case of goods delivered separately).

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to the purchase of any product on rgcases.com, with the exception of:

• Items made to measure or clearly personalized

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with what is illustrated here, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned product.

We will refund the price of the product for which the withdrawal has been exercised within 14 days of receiving your email with the notice of withdrawal.

We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned it to RgCases, whichever occurs first. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us using the Contact us function at rgcases.com

You are also required to return the products to us by following the instructions available in our Return Center without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal.

The costs for returning the product are at your expense. We may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary. Please pack the product properly.
